Slow printing in Outlook 2010

If when printing from Outlook 2010, the printer prints really slow. Try changing the paper type to normal 8.5x11 letter. When I checked, Outlook had the paper type as 8.5x11 borderless. When printing the printer itself would take a long time, even though it was faster in other programs. The specific printer was a Officejet 8500 running on Windows 7, but this might affect other printers/OSs. Changing the paper type solved all the problems.

  1. Slow printing can be caused due to both software or hardware issues. Good to read a post regarding printer issue. Keep writing more on other printer issues as well because posts like these are very beneficial for printer service centers like ours.
